徳翁様から銀子三枚を下賜された件
一 同月、願いの通り遠山伊右衛門の養子に任命され、
御懐守の職務については今まで通り勤めるよう
仰せ付けられた件
一 同六年（丑年）四月、親の願いの通り嫡子として一人前に任命され、
御擬作を差し上げ、同年五月に会津へ下向した
ただし下向の際、
紹栴院様から御帷子一つと金三分を下賜
された件
一 同年十月、家督として御知行三百五十

任命されて日向三郎右衛門組に入り、御城の御番を
