東 一、胤頼(東六郎大夫、のちに従五位下) 二、重胤(太郎兵衛尉、法名覚然、のちに平太武者所兵衛尉入道。太納言為家、右大臣実朝より歌道の伝授を受ける) 元久二年(乙丑、1205年)正月二十二日、畠山重忠討伐の時、大将北条義時、先陣葛兵衛尉、後陣堺平二、人(無)常秀、大須賀四郎胤信、国分五郎胤通、相馬五郎義胤と重胤が武蔵国二俣川にて戦功あり。 建仁四年四月二十七日、父が元服より奉仕した例に従い勤仕を望み、建保二年(甲戌、1214年)七月二十七日大倉石大慈寺供養に随兵、承久六年(戊午、1218年)五月二十七日右大将鶴岡拝賀に随兵、承久七年(己卯、1219年)正月二十七日将軍右大臣拝賀に随兵。 胤朝(木内下総守、承久二年六月十四日戦功あり、但馬磯部、淡路由良庄惣領、次郎と号す) 胤康(風早四郎入道、承久二年宇治にて戦功あり) 康常(太郎左衛門、康元二年丁巳十月八日大慈寺供養に随兵) 胤光(小見六郎) 為康(次郎) 頼康(孫四郎) 真舜(金蓮房) 貞泰(彦四郎)

Received transmission of the Way of Poetry from Dainagon Tamie and Udaijin Sanetomo) In the second year of Genkyū (Kinoto-ushi, 1205), on the 22nd day of the first month, during the subjugation of Hatakeyama Shigetada, with General Hōjō Yoshitoki, vanguard Kuzu Hyōe-no-jō, rear guard Sakai Heiji, Nin(mu) Tsunehide, Ōsuka Shirō Tanenobu, Kokubu Gorō Tanemichi, and Sōma Gorō Yoshitane, Shigetan achieved military merit in battle at Futamatakawa in Musashi Province. On the 27th day of the fourth month of Kennin 4, following the example of his father who had served since coming of age, he expressed his desire to serve. On the 27th day of the seventh month of Kenpō 2 (Kinoe-inu, 1214), he served as escort at the dedication of Ōkura-ishi Daijiji Temple. On the 27th day of the fifth month of Jōkyū 6 (Tsuchinoe-uma, 1218), he served as escort for the Right General's ceremonial visit to Tsurugaoka. On the 27th day of the first month of Jōkyū 7 (Tsuchinoto-u, 1219), he served as escort for the Shogun Right Minister's ceremonial visit.
