印東庄伊篠北方村の件について
粟飯原豊後入道浄泉が申し上げた趣旨の通り、周心院を菩提所として定められた次第により、普光寺の二宗の比丘尼たちに、いつものように扶持を加えるべきである。この件について子々孫々に至るまで相違があってはならない。以上の通りである。

実父左近将監の遺跡である下金山並びに松崎郷神宮寺を、先例に任せて領知させるべきである。よって広倉寺領伊篠北方の件について、周心院に寄進する。これもまた相違があってはならない。以上の通りである。

Regarding the matter of Ishino Kitagata Village in Intō-shō:
In accordance with what Awaihara Bungo Nyūdō Jōsen has petitioned, since Shūshin-in has been designated as the family temple, the nuns of both sects at Fukō-ji should be provided with support as usual. Regarding this matter, there shall be no deviation through generations of descendants. The above is as stated.
Meiō 4 (1495)
11th month, 9th day Jōki [monogram]
To Lord Awaihara Bungo Nyūdō

Following precedent, [he] should be granted dominion over Shimo-Kanayama and Matsuzaki-gō Jingū-ji, which are the legacy of his real father Sakon-shōgen. Therefore, regarding the matter of Ishino Kitagata in Hirokura-ji territory, this is donated to Shūshin-in. There shall also be no deviation in this matter. The above is as stated.
