**[Regarding the Nusa (幣) Offerings]**
One item: A pair of nusa (paper offerings): the skewer length is 1 shaku 2 sun, width 2 bu square; the offering paper is two sheets of Mino paper layered, in two-tier style.
*Note: The record of Keiken-okina states "width 3 bu square," which seems reasonable. One-sided nusa on left and right makes one pair. Keisei's record states "nusa paper width 4 bu," with the binding cord also made of the same paper.* [The second annotation is written in red ink.]
One item: Two chōshi (sake pourers) and one hisage (handled sake vessel) — submit a request to the shrine officials in advance.
However, this year, the chōshi kept at the shrine shall also be borrowed; submit the request to the Azukari-tayū accordingly.
One item: Curtains (two panels of silk curtains, one panel of white curtain) — submit a request to the curtain administrators (maku-bugyō) in advance.
One item: Three sanpō (ceremonial trays), three sets.
One item: Hire one porter in advance.
**[Fifth Month, First Day]**
One item: Receive the assignment document (sashifu) from the Shoshidai, and read it aloud while standing in line at the southwest vicinity of Narabashi Bridge.
In recent years, this has been entrusted to the Shitori and Kanatsu riding attendants (norizuri); this year, Shitori Yasukiyo and Kanatsu Meishi, dressed in hemp formal wear (asa-kamishimo) as clan representatives (ujito), shall proceed from the vicinity of the Goshoya and receive the said sashifu, then return.
**[Second Day]**
One item: Before dawn, it was instructed by Onken to Gorōtarō that four porters who will deliver the formal robes (shōzoku) on the third day shall appear early in the morning after breakfast.
**[Third Day]**
One item: Items to be brought to the Chōya (administrative building):
- Two hegi (thin wooden boards)
- Two inkstones
- Two ryūkei-boku (dragon-shaped ink sticks)
- Two pairs of brushes (white hair, white handle)
- Two sashifu (assignment documents) from the first day
