英語訳

One: After the shinjin (shrine servants) finished storing the hoko (halberds/ritual spears), when they came to offer congratulations, they were given sake (served in a teishi [ladle-vessel] with approximately five earthenware dishes) and side dishes (dried cod and wakame seaweed). One: One daikan (administrative official) shall proceed to the shrine precincts to retrieve the fukichirashi (decorative streamers/wind-blown ornaments) used during the hoko storage ceremony and bring them back. (Note: Once the tenth watch is completed, one daikan shall promptly proceed to retrieve the five fukichirashi in front of the Tongu [temporary shrine] and bring them back.) The said fukichirashi shall be returned to the shoku-naka [administrative body of the shrine] the following day. One: Three curtains (with two hand-washing tubs) shall be carried by lower-ranking servants and sent to the shrine precincts. One: At the chōya (administrative hall), lower the shitomi [latticed shutters] as they were originally, confirm fire safety precautions are in order, and then withdraw. Seventh Day One: Instruct Gorōtarō that four laborers for raising/storing the ceremonial robes on the following eighth day shall arrive promptly after their morning meal. Eighth Day One: Due to rain today, the raising of the ceremonial robes is postponed to the ninth day. Ninth Day One: As on the third day prior, open the chōya, and once the shōzoku bugyō (robes administrators: Norihisa and Toshiyasu) and four daikan have assembled, instruct a messenger to ring the bell at the Jingūji (shrine temple). At that time, the kannagi (shrine priests), both hierarchical levels of officials, the bettō (chief administrator), the azukari (custodian), the shoshi (administrators), the mokudai (deputy), and the onmyōji (yin-yang diviner)—with Taguchi counted among the kannagi—[gathered as on] the first and fifth days...
