Item: On the thirteenth day of the first month, at the time of the basket assembly (kago-gumi), twelve bamboo poles for baskets — specifically《six poles of 5-sun length and six poles of 6-sun length》— are to be provided: those for Kawakamigō and Nakamuragō are to be furnished by the gōshi (village official), while those for Ōmiyagō, Koyama, and Okamoto are to be brought by the attendant (kozukai). Upon their arrival, the shrine servants (jinin) of each respective village district are to be instructed to receive them. Item: On the fourteenth day, at the administrative office (chōya), fifty-two folded sheets (jō) of miscellaneous thin paper (moroiro usuyō) — comprising《twelve sheets of blue and twenty-five sheets of red》and fifteen sheets of yellow — shall be received by the Bettō-tayū (senior administrative official) from the Gofuku-dokoro Bettō (head of the vestment office), and then distributed to the daikan (deputies). As stated above, at the time of the box-presentation ceremony (hako-watashi), the instruction to relay this to the current daikan group was previously conveyed by the Kaneyori elder-and-youth group (老若中). Item: Regarding the matter of presenting eggplants (nasu) at the Sōshō-kai (joint stewardship assembly), each member sets aside their own [eggplants] in storage; however, should they rot and become unavailable, [submitting them] pickled in salt is also acceptable. As precedent: in Tenmei 6 (1786), during the tenure of the Uji-no-miyako daikan, and again in An'ei 7 (1778) in the third month, instances arose where [the eggplants] had turned yellow; it was decided at those times as well that so long as they had not rotted, they should be presented as-is. This was formally resolved at the monthly elder-and-youth assembly The above register was borrowed by Kōsei from Kanken, and furthermore to Funkyō——
