一 代官役与奪之仁有之一分ニ与奪難被致
相応之仁体無之時は其趣兼頼老若中え
可被何御意候事
一 階下仁体之儀は鬮取ニ不被致当代官之内
相応之仁体択可被兼頼候事

右のうちにて諸色（もろいろ）入用払高（にゅうようはらいだか）を差し引く也
仲間払方（なかまはらいかた）、年中入用おおよそ五貫文ほど。もっとも階下（かいか）へ渡す。
おおよそ壱人分弐拾匁。これは別途（外）のことなり。
一 先達（せんだって）、兼頼（かねより）老若中（ろうにゃくちゅう）より定め置かれた篭組（かごぐみ）・竹受取事（たけうけとりのこと）・薄様（うすよう）・相撲差符（すもうさしふ）・性名書形（しょうみょうかきかた）等を吟味の上、書き付け送り文（おくりぶみ）は左の如し。
一 代官役与奪（よだつ）の仁（ひと）これ有り、一分（いちぶん）に与奪し難く、相応の仁体（じんてい）これ無き時は、その趣（おもむき）を兼頼老若中へ御意（ぎょい）を伺うべき事。
一 階下（かいか）の仁体の儀は、鬮取（くじとり）に致さず、当代官のうち相応の仁体を択（えら）んで兼頼へ申すべき事。

From the above, the total of various miscellaneous expenses (諸色入用) is to be deducted.
The annual expenses for communal payments (nakama-harai) amount to approximately 5 kanmon in total. This is to be handed directly to the階下 (subordinate staff). Approximately 20 monme per person. This is separate from the above.
Item: Previously, per the regulations established by the Kaneyor elder-and-youth group (老若中), the following matters — basket assignments (kago-gumi), bamboo receipt affairs, thin paper (usuyō), sumo authorization passes (sumō sashifu), name-writing formats (shōmyō kakikata), etc. — have been examined and written up; the letter of transmittal is as follows.
Item: Where there is a person subject to the granting or revoking of the daikan (代官) post, and it is difficult to grant or revoke [the post] for a single individual, and when there is no suitably qualified person available, the situation is to be reported to the Kaneyori elder-and-youth group for their consideration and instruction.
Item: Regarding the matter of persons at the階下 (subordinate) level, [appointments] shall not be decided by lottery (kuji-tori); rather, a suitably qualified person shall be selected from among the current daikan and recommended to Kaneyori.
