ただし倭文庄の乗尻は評定席の序列では顕（氏顕？）であったが、四月晦日の夕刻に病気により辞退したため、改めて席外の宏顕が兼任を頼まれた。

今年の検断役が所司代より渡し置いた段別名寄帳の検断書が損傷したため、式の直前に白紙で張り替えて用いた。夜に入って検断役の経千の邸へ報告に赴いた。
五日
一 所司代松平周防守殿、初めて御出御があり御社参があった。奉幣の御覧は無く、競馬のみ御覧された。今日は御馬を替えて尾花栗毛である。

5th day
1. Deputy Governor Lord Matsudaira Suō-no-kami made his first official appearance and shrine visit. There was no viewing of the offering ceremony, only the horse racing was observed. Today his horse was changed to a chestnut with a light-colored mane.
