在之共可罷還被遂穿鑿其上《割書：ニ｜ 而》望之地《割書：江｜》
居住可被 仰付事
一 従御領内男女無其理他国《割書：江｜》一切出間敷之事
一 男女永代売買仕間敷事
但御領之内《割書：ニ｜ 而》年季《割書：ニ｜》置候儀ハ可為各別
一 田畠あらし申間敷之事
一 伝馬人足手形なくして出すへからす事
右条々違犯之輩於在之者速可被処厳科
者也仍下知如件

一 萬御高札之御法度之趣百姓中節々為
申聞猥《割書：ニ｜》無之様仕置可在事
一 御年貢米雑穀納様升目以下如御定之奸曲
無之様《割書：ニ｜》斗升斗かき升ますかき判之すはり
現代語訳
【右丁】
あっても帰還させ、詮議を遂げた上で、望みの地に
居住させるよう仰せ付けられること
一 御領内から男女が理由なく他国へ一切出てはならないこと
一 男女の永代売買をしてはならないこと
ただし御領の内で年季奉公に置くことは別格とする
一 田畑を荒らしてはならないこと
一 伝馬・人足は手形なくして出してはならないこと
右の条々に違反する輩がいる場合は、速やかに厳しい処罰を
科すべきである。よって下知は以上の通り

申し聞かせ、みだりなことがないよう仕置くべきこと
一 御年貢米・雑穀の納入方法、升目以下は御定めの通り、不正
がないよう、斗・升・斗かき・升・ます搔き・判の据わり

Those who violate the above articles shall be swiftly subjected to severe punishment.
Therefore, this order is as stated above
