すひ物無用取さかな一種は不苦
一 他国さかな一切無用之事

一 喧嘩口論不可仕之事
一 博打賭勝負一切仕間敷事
一 弓鉄炮《割書：ニ｜ 而》諸鳥《割書：ヲ｜》打取同綱わな《割書：ニ｜ 而》も御赦
無之所にて一切取間敷事
一 諸奉公人《割書：江｜》対し町人百姓等慮外仕間敷事
一 狼藉人亦は手負人於在之者其者押置奉行所《割書：江｜》
可申断之事
一 先地頭之時御領中より欠落之者何様之義

吸い物は不要、取肴一種は構わない
一 他国の肴は一切用いないこと
一 木具を仕舞うこと ただし平器は構わないこと
右の通り心得るべきである。ただし他所からの客来は別格
とするべきである
