一 御代官所の百姓は役家一間につき一年に一日宛代官自分が召し仕うべきで、もし所用の時に隙入りで召し仕わない場合は、百姓日用銀一日につき五分ずつ取るべきであり、百姓のために人足の代わりを遣わす者は一疋を人足二人に相当させるべきである。御定め以外の伝馬人足を私的に召し仕ってはならないこと

If they cannot serve due to other duties, they shall pay daily wages of 5 bu of silver per day. When sending laborers as substitutes for peasants, one horse shall be equivalent to two laborers. Private use of post-horse laborers beyond the established regulations is prohibited.
