【右丁】
の分は伝馬人足を当用の限り召し仕うべきで、下代内の者が人馬を使ってはならないこと
一 御代官所において公儀の御用がない時は、下代を居住させてはならないこと
一 御代官所中へ自分の下代に至るまでも貸し方を一切仕ってはならないこと
一 郷中の小百姓の手前より公儀の入用を庄屋が取り集め申す物については、その時々に算用を聞き、庄屋に不正があれば申し上げるべきこと

一 庄屋として小百姓に対し、不当な義理を掛けないように兼ねて申し付けるべきで、もし百姓中に申し分があれば聞き届けて済ませるべきであり、落着しない場合は奉行所へ即時に申し上げるべきこと
一 諸奉公人・御鷹師衆・御餌指衆・御家中衆らが在郷にて不正を仕た場合は即座に申し上げるべきで、所用にて村中に泊まる場合は宿賃として京銭三文宛を百姓に取らせるべきこと
