一城郭陳列之圖
一甲冑刀／釼（マヽ）并都而附属之小道具
一銅
右之品々相對ニ而外国之もの共売渡之儀
不相成若心得違ニ而売渡之もの有之候ハ
ヽ其当人ハ勿論五人組迄可被處罪科候
右之趣御料私領寺社領とも不洩様可觸知
もの也
右之通相觸候間可存其趣候

國交易御指許相成候間当未六月ゟ神奈川
長崎箱館之湊ニおゐて商人共勝手ニ可遂
商買候右之者共舶来之品々売捌ニハ勿論
居留之外国人共見世買之品諸人買取候義
も是又勝手次第たるへく候
右之通趣御料私領寺社領共不洩様可觸知も

もちろん居留の外国人ども店買いの品諸人買い取り候義

Trade with the five countries - Russia, France, Britain, the Netherlands, and America - has been permitted. From the sixth month of this year of the Boar, at the ports of Kanagawa, Nagasaki, and Hakodate, merchants may freely conduct trade. Regarding the sale of imported goods brought by these people, as well as the purchase by all people of goods bought from the foreign shops of the resident foreigners, these shall also be at their discretion.
The above matter shall be proclaimed without exception to imperial lands, private domains, and temple/shrine territories.
