○真松売買之儀前々ゟ御指留に候処近年猥に相成候由相聞候向後は前々之通
不致売買候様被仰付候若於相背は厳敷御咎被仰付候条此旨急度相

右之通享和三亥年金津奉行町奉行御預所郡奉行三郡奉行へ被仰付候処
近来相弛等閑之趣相聞候間猶亦又心得違無之様急度相守可申旨夫々支

○常式御入用不時御入用共御倹約弥相守一統出精有之儀格別之取斗
有之候はヽ立身御引立等可被成下候若等閑に相心得或は私欲ヶ間敷儀有之
時は急度可被仰付候聊之儀に而も立身御引立等之故障に可相成儀に候得は向々
末々之者心得違無之ヶ様之御時節一入出精相勤候様可被申渡候

四月五日
御目付
○真松売買の件について、以前から御指留（禁止）となっているが、近年みだりに行われているようだと聞いている。今後は以前の通り売買を行わないよう仰せ付けられた。もし違反した場合は厳しく御咎めを仰せ付けられるので、この旨をしっかりと心得るよう支配下に厳しく申し付けること。
右の通り享和三亥年に金津奉行・町奉行・御預所郡奉行・三郡奉行へ仰せ付けられたが、近来緩んで等閑になっている様子が聞こえるので、なお一層心得違いがないよう必ず守るべき旨をそれぞれの支配頭へ申し聞かせること。
四月二十日
御役先の者へ申し渡すべき旨 《割書：御中老をはじめ御役人》
○常式御入用・不時御入用ともに御倹約をますます守り、一統が出精して格別の取り計らいがあれば、立身・御引立等を成し下されるであろう。もし等閑に心得るか、あるいは私欲がましい事があるときは必ず仰せ付けられる。わずかなことでも立身・御引立等の妨げになる事であるから、向々末々の者が心得違いをしないよう、このような御時節には一層出精して相勤めるよう申し渡すこと。
五月十九日
諸月番
○今度増上寺火の御番を仰せ蒙ったが、久しく御中絶していた事なので、諸御道具・御支度をはじめ過分の御物入りである。下地の御不如意な御勝手向き、殊に近年御物入りが差し迫っている上のことで、ますます御指支の御事である。これにより一統難渋の時節であるが、やむを得ず今年から両年分の上納銀を仰せ付けられた。割り方については御奉行どもから達することとする。

○Regarding the sale and purchase of pine trees, this has been prohibited from long ago, but we have heard that it has been conducted carelessly in recent years. Henceforth, sales and purchases are not to be conducted as in the past. If anyone violates this, strict punishment will be imposed, so this matter must be firmly understood and strictly enforced among subordinates.
The above was ordered to the Kanazu Magistrate, Town Magistrate, Deputy District Magistrate, and Three-District Magistrate in Kyōwa 3rd year (1803), but recently it has been heard that enforcement has become lax and negligent. Therefore, each administrative head must be informed that this must be strictly observed without any misunderstanding.
April 20th

○Both regular expenses and emergency expenses must increasingly observe economy. If there is unity and diligence with exceptional management, promotions and advancement will be granted. If there is negligent understanding or private greed, strict orders will be issued. Even the slightest matter can become an obstacle to promotion and advancement, so in times like these, all levels of personnel should work with increased diligence.
May 19th
Monthly duty officers
○This time we have received orders for fire guard duty at Zōjō-ji Temple. Since this duty has been suspended for a long time, the expenses for various equipment and preparations are excessive. Given the financial difficulties and tight budget, especially with recent pressing expenses, this creates even greater financial strain. Although this is a time of universal hardship, unavoidably a two-year tribute payment has been ordered starting this year. The allocation method will be communicated by the magistrates.
