○御倹約之儀愈厚申談万事少分之儀も無益之御入用無之様取斗可有之旨被
仰出候且又費厳敷御屋敷御住居無之に付諸役向掛合相止万事御用少に相成候
条諸紙諸具共可相減儀に候間取調有之可被相達候御奉行ゟも追々申談候様被仰
付候間厚可被申談候各支配并御役先之面々へも右之趣可被申渡候

○家老について：名代の件は近年簡素化されているため、右の名代に代わって用人が務めることとしていたが、今後は名代の件は以前の通り取りやめることとする。
九月二十日
江戸
○倹約について：いよいよ厚く申し合わせて、万事少しの事でも無駄な費用が発生しないよう取り計らうべき旨が仰せ出された。また、費用が厳しいため屋敷住居もないことから、諸役向きの掛け合いを取りやめて万事用事を少なくすることとした条件で、諸紙や諸道具ともに減らすべき件について取り調べて報告するように。奉行からも追々申し合わせるよう仰せ付けられているので、厚く申し合わせるように。各支配並びに役先の面々へもこの趣旨を申し渡すように。
広敷用人・目付・奉行宛て
○右と同様の趣旨で取り調べて報告するように。用人をはじめとする役向きへもそれぞれ申し渡すことである。各主役の件は特に厚く申し合わせるように。役先や諸役向きが等閑に取り扱うことなく、入念に申し聞かせるように。
九月十九日
金津奉行・奉行宛て
○三国湊の米穀出船を許可する。ただし入船については今まで通りと心得るべき旨。また大豆の他国出については文化元年十月五日から差し止めていたが、今年は国中で余計にできたため、他国出船を許可するので、以前の通りに取り扱うように。
十月十一日
浅野道有宛て
○医学所の地面について、かねてより内々に申し出た趣旨もあることから、海福勘助屋敷横の御用地として下し置く。そのように心得て取り計らうように。
十月二十日

○Regarding family elder: Concerning the matter of proxy representation, as it has been simplified in recent years, the retainer was serving as proxy in place of the right proxy, but henceforth the matter of proxy representation shall be discontinued as before.

○Regarding frugality: It has been ordered that we should consult thoroughly and ensure that no wasteful expenses occur, even in the smallest matters. Moreover, due to strict financial constraints, there are no mansion residences, so inter-departmental consultations are discontinued and all affairs are reduced. Accordingly, both documents and equipment should be reduced, so investigate and report on this matter. As the magistrates have also been ordered to consult on this matter successively, please consult thoroughly. This directive should also be conveyed to each administrator and departmental personnel.

○Investigate and report on the same matter as above. This is to be conveyed respectively to retainers and other officials. The matter of each chief official should be consulted upon with particular care. Ensure that departmental heads and various officials do not handle this carelessly, and communicate this with careful attention.

○Permission is granted for rice and grain ships to depart from Mikuni Port. However, regarding incoming ships, understand that they should continue as before. Also, regarding the export of soybeans to other domains, while it has been suspended since October 5th of Bunka 1, this year there has been a surplus harvest in our domain, so permission is granted for ships to other domains, and this should be handled as before.

○Regarding the land for the medical school, as there have been informal requests about this matter, it is granted as official land adjacent to Kaifu Kansuke's residence. Please understand this and make arrangements accordingly.
