但右之趣御書院番頭大御番頭御留守居新御番頭御小姓支配右之面々へ申達之且又御武具
支配中根新右衛門方へも為心得申達之

現代語訳
○仮医学所並びに薬園のために小使荒子両人を貸与していたところ、その件について御匙医師が願い出て、渡り中間一人分として俵数六俵、銀八十匁を年々下付し、自分で抱える一人を置くという趣旨であった。そのような中、医師所が完成し薬園の土地もあることから、一人増員したいとの願いがあったので、浮人の内から一人を渡し、遣い方については申し合わせて支障のないよう取り計らうこと。
七月二十日
○文化二年丑年三月六日に医学所が仰せ付けられた際、医学所並びに薬園小遣い都合両人を下し置くよう仰せ付けられた。しかしながら当年はこれまで仮医学所であったため薬園場所もなく、両人の小遣いのうち一人だけで済ませていた。今回本医学所が完成し、少々空き地もあるので薬園等を設けたく、この節下地に取りかかりたいと存ずる。ついては薬園小遣い一人をお渡し下さるよう願い上げる。

但し右の趣旨を御書院番頭、大御番頭、御留守居、新御番頭、御小姓支配右の面々へ申し達し、また御武具支配中根新右衛門方へも心得のため申し達した。
九月二十五日
○別紙の通り御武具支配中村仲、熊谷小兵衛へ申し達した。

○Regarding the two kotsukahi (servants) Arako who were lent for the provisional medical school and medicinal garden, the御匙医師 (court physician) made a petition, and one travelling attendant was granted with an annual stipend of six rice bales and eighty monme of silver, and he was to keep one person in his own employ. Since the physician's quarters have now been completed and there is land for the medicinal garden, there was a request to increase the staff by one person. Therefore, one person from among the floating population shall be assigned, and arrangements should be made in consultation to ensure no impediments in their deployment.
July 20th
○When the medical school was established on the 6th day of the 3rd month of Bunka 2 (1805), it was ordered that two assistants in total be provided for the medical school and medicinal garden. However, since it had been only a provisional medical school until this year with no space for a medicinal garden, only one of the two assistants was sufficient. Now that the main medical school has been completed and there is some vacant land available, we wish to establish a medicinal garden and begin groundwork at this time. Therefore, we humbly request that one medicinal garden assistant be provided.

To the Inspector
It was ordered to communicate the following to the magistrate heads:
○Regarding masterless persons born in imperial lands, entrusted territories, other domains, and other provinces, inquiries about punishments should be made by the governing territory that arrested and investigated them.
However, for serious criminals whose cases cannot be decided by that office, a joint deliberation shall be conducted at the town magistrate's office, and the inquiry shall be made jointly by both parties.
July 24th
To the Inspector
○Regarding the armor completed through special loans granted with particular intention recently, it was ordered to store them in the mountain village treasury for fire prevention. Details should be discussed with the military equipment magistrates. Others who wish to store their personal equipment for fire prevention may also consult with the military equipment magistrates at their discretion.
Note: This matter was communicated to the pages' chief, senior guards' chief, deputy, new guards' chief, and personal attendants' supervisor, and also communicated to Nakane Shinemon of the military equipment supervision for his information.
September 25th
○As per the separate document, this was communicated to military equipment supervisors Nakamura Naka and Kumagai Kohyoe.
