一御家中ゟ御預申上候具足之儀虫干之節斗御渡成手入等之儀も其節申達
修覆可致事
一具足出し入之儀は其主ゟ慥成持人指出受取可申尤相渡置候木札を以引替可申事

○金屋弥助願之通諸鉄問屋可被指免候格別勤功有之家柄に付御吟味之上来未暮ゟ相当之御手当
可被成下候其段可被申渡候猶又被 仰出候別紙相渡候
○御趣意有之他国ゟ入船之諸鉄問屋売捌之鉄目拾貫目に付役銀壱匁つゝ上納被 仰付旨
右之通相心得無滞致上納候様可被申付候
一毎月売買之鉄目日〆帳に記置翌月五日迄に三国湊御仕法役所へ役銀可致上納事
一役銀を申立売買致難渋候様取斗或は過当之利分可取之手形等相巧又は隠売買を
目論見惣而御趣意之妨に相成候義吃度仕間敷事
一御城下諸鉄問屋被相止候間六年已前丑年被仰出候条御取用無之事
右之通第一三国湊問屋共を始決而他国ゟ入来ル諸鉄直買売捌取方之者共へ
可被申付候万一御趣意通り不相用者於有之は吟味之上御咎等可被仰付候間此段可被申
渡置候 但問屋ゟ買請小売いたし候者は役銀不及上納候事

但 府中役銀高之半銀為墨筆代御渡被成候

現代語訳
一、御家中から御預かり申し上げた具足について、虫干しの節のみお渡しし、手入れ等もその節に申し達し、修繕を行うこと
一、具足の出し入れについては、その主人から確実な持参人を差し出し受け取ること。もっとも相渡し置いた木札をもって引き替えること
一、具足を入れ置く場所については申し談じて取り計らうこと
一、御門所通りの切手並びに受取書については、左の通り木札に拵え置くこと
一、御土蔵の内での取り扱いの人を調え、取り組み等について申し達して取り計らうこと
一、御用紙を調えて受取方を申し達すこと

○金屋弥助の願いの通り諸鉄問屋を指し免すべきところ、格別な勤功のある家柄につき御吟味の上、来未年暮れから相当の御手当を下し成すべし。その段を申し渡すべし。なお仰せ出された別紙を相渡す。
○御趣意があって他国からの入船の諸鉄問屋売捌きの鉄目十貫目につき役銀一匁ずつ上納を仰せ付けられた旨
右の通り心得て滞りなく上納するよう申し付けるべし
一、毎月売買の鉄目を日〆帳に記し置き、翌月五日までに三国湊御仕法役所へ役銀を上納すること
一、役銀を申し立てて売買を難渋するよう取り計らい、あるいは過当な利分を取るための手形等を相巧み、また隠し売買を目論み、総じて御趣意の妨げとなることは堅く仕るまじきこと
一、御城下諸鉄問屋は相止められたので、六年以前の丑年に仰せ出された条は御取用いなきこと
右の通り、第一に三国湊問屋共をはじめ、決して他国から入来る諸鉄を直買い売捌く取り方の者共へ申し付けるべし。万一御趣意通りに用いない者があれば、吟味の上で御咎め等を仰せ付けられるので、この段を申し渡し置くべし。但し問屋から買い請けて小売りする者は役銀の上納に及ばないこと

○As per Kanaya Yasuke's petition, he shall be licensed as a metals wholesaler. Given his family's exceptional meritorious service, after examination, appropriate stipend shall be granted from the end of next year. This shall be communicated to him. Furthermore, the separate document as ordered shall be handed over.
○By special intention, a service fee of one monme of silver per ten kanme of metal sold by metals wholesalers from ships arriving from other provinces has been ordered.
Understanding the above, payment shall be made without delay.
1. Monthly metal trading amounts shall be recorded in daily ledgers, and service fees shall be paid to the Mikuni Port Administrative Office by the 5th of the following month.
1. It is strictly forbidden to obstruct trade by claiming service fees, or to devise promissory notes for excessive profits, or to plan secret trading - all actions that would hinder the official intention.
1. Since metals wholesalers in the castle town have been discontinued, the regulations issued six years ago in the year of the Ox shall not be applied.
As above, this shall be communicated first to Mikuni Port wholesalers and all others who directly purchase and sell metals arriving from other provinces. Should anyone fail to comply with the official intention, they will be investigated and punished accordingly, so this matter shall be communicated. Note: Those who purchase from wholesalers for retail need not pay the service fee.

○Regarding metals trading service fees for Fuchu, payment shall be made twice yearly at Bon and year-end. For those who directly purchase metals from other provinces, there will be inquiries from commission agents at Kono Bay to various towns. This matter shall also be communicated.
Note: Half the amount of Fuchu service fees shall be provided as ink and brush money
