越前国村々の西本願寺末寺並びに門徒共のうち脇坂中務太輔方へ呼び出されたところ、間部若狭守領分の同国今立郡樋口村誠長寺、中戸口村三左衛門、野岡村磯右衛門の出府の件について日延べを願ってくれるよう申した。右村方を支配する大庄屋下新庄村平左衛門、中戸口村弥左衛門宅へ、当正月四日未明から、どこの村の者とも分からない御領・私領一体による多人数が一同に押し寄せ、強いて申し聞かせ、鯖江町の近辺へも大勢入り込んだ趣に聞こえる。奉行所への呼び出しを拒否して難渋させた段は不届きなことである。
これにより御預所村々の者共は右人数に決して加わってはならない。村外へはこの節みだりに立ち出ることもしてはならない段を村毎に厳しく申し渡し、取り締まりのため手先役人のうち村回りもするべきである。以上

一、御国内西本願寺派末寺並びに俗門徒共のうち御呼び出しの件について、去る十一日寺社御奉行脇坂中務太輔殿江御達した書面は左の通り
御名領分西本願寺派末寺のうち御呼び出しの件を国許にて申し渡したところ、今般の御呼び出しの件はいかなる御用であるか計り難いことであるが、かねて宗意の一件があるので、全くその件と深く察している。俗門徒共が城下掛所へ日々大勢相集まり、五六百人から二三千一万人ほどのこともあり、非常に騒々しく、御呼び出しの件を止めるよう領主から相願うよう申し出ている。もっとも重大な御呼び出しの件であるので、役人共が厳重に利害を申し聞かせたが、一円聞き入れず取り扱いを受け付けない。役人共が恐縮している段を申し遣わした
