右について、それぞれ相談の上、柳御門・桜御門・川口御門・漆御門等に増員として都合五人ずつ配置することとし、また鉄御門も同様に指示した。
一、十一月十二日、西御堂所へ俗門徒共が大勢集まり騒がしいため、先日免除されていた番外夜回りを再び命じるかどうか御家老中へ伺いを立てた上で、今十二日の夜から開始した。
一、同日、西御堂掛所へ御先物頭による警備出馬を命じた。御使番も同様。
ただし、御先物頭は九人組の者を二十人ずつ連れて行くこと。
一、十一月十三日、一昨日十一日から俗門徒共が西掛所へ参り騒がしいため、上方口並びに各所で取り調べを行うよう命じ、御代官共の支配下の領々の各所へ下代共を連れて出張し、村人共を取り調べたところ、特に変わったことはないとのことで、明日十四日からは出張の必要がないため、その旨を御代官共へ伝達した。
一、十一月十五日、去る十二日から西掛所へ御役組の者が昼夜三十六人で詰め切りをしていたが、他の御用に支障があり、その上困難であるため、御番組から昼夜に十二人ずつ派遣して交代で詰めることとした。
一、十一月十六日、桜御門・柳御門は今日から二人番制に命じた。
御目付
○先日西掛所へ御先物頭・御使番による警備を命じていたが、明日二十五日からはその必要がないので、その旨をそれぞれに申し伝えること。
御目付
○西掛所の警備を引き取るため、左の通り命じるので、それぞれ取り計らうこと。

一、陣屋守の御先物頭は武器等をそれぞれ準備し、自分の屋敷で待機し、急用の際は早速掛所へ駆け付けること
右について左の通り取り計らう旨を御先月番へ伝達した。
一、陣屋守は異国船守組の者の中から派遣すること。御堂所での勤務については、同所へ御徒目付を派遣しているので相談して詰めること。
一、御先物頭・陣屋守・異国守合計三人分は、それぞれの宿舎で待機し、いつでも御指図次第出張できるよう心得ること。武器については佐々木藤左衛門方で受け取っている旨を伝達した。

ただし、先日再び命じた番外夜回りについては、二十五日の夜から免除する。

On November 12th, as lay Buddhist followers gathered in large numbers at Nishi-mido-sho causing disturbances, after consulting with the senior retainers about whether to reinstate the extraordinary night patrols that had been previously suspended, they were resumed starting from the night of the 12th.
1. On the same day, mounted security by senior ashigaru commanders was ordered at Nishi-mido kakari-sho. The same applied to messenger guards.
However, senior ashigaru commanders were to bring twenty men each from the nine-man units.
1. On November 13th, as lay Buddhist followers had been coming to Nishi kakari-sho since the 11th causing disturbances, investigations were ordered at Kamigata-guchi and various locations. Deputy officials accompanied by subordinates were dispatched to investigate villagers in territories under the jurisdiction of district magistrates. Finding nothing particularly unusual, it was determined that deployment would not be necessary from the 14th, and this was communicated to the district magistrates.

On November 15th, since the 12th, thirty-six men from the administrative units had been continuously stationed at Nishi kakari-sho day and night, but this was interfering with other official duties and proving difficult. Therefore, twelve men each were to be dispatched from the guard units for rotating shifts day and night.
1. On November 16th, Sakura Gate and Yanagi Gate were ordered to implement two-person guard duty from today.

1. Senior ashigaru commanders serving as fortress guards shall prepare weapons and equipment respectively, remain on standby at their own residences, and rush to the post immediately in case of urgent matters
The following arrangements were communicated to the senior monthly duty officer:
1. Fortress guards shall be dispatched from among the foreign ship guard unit members. Regarding duties at the temple site, foot inspectors have been dispatched there, so coordinate and maintain posts through consultation.
