但翌酉年三月廿七日去秋以来宗意一件心配之旨に付金津奉行初夫々
現代語訳
○帰国の際、江戸出発が延期された場合の御徒目付・御徒への夏の制服代支給方法について、以後左記の通り命じるので、それぞれ取り計らうこと。
一、江戸出発が五月六日から同十五日までの場合は、失却分として一人につき銀三十匁ずつ支給すること
一、同十六日から月末までの場合は、夏の制服代四十九匁を減額して支給すること
一、六月一日から月末の場合は、減額なしで支給すること
十一月二十五日
町奉行
○別紙の通り西掛所の輪番に申し伝えること

○御預所並びに御領分の末寺共について、掛所において早々に輪番での取り扱いが済むよう申し伝えること。もっとも他領については、追って其の領主らと交渉の上、赴いて取り扱うこと。
十二月九日

喜多嶋忠太夫
○精勤につき昇格させ、新御番格に任命する【朱書き】八百里によると新番格の初例である
御用人
○御勝手役喜多嶋忠太夫を昇格させ新番格に任命する。支配については従来通り御奉行支配とする。御礼式等すべて以前の新番と同様と心得ること。
十二月十一日
御目付
○西掛所の詰番は明日二十八日から引き取り、開門を命じる
一、右について跡見回りを左記の通り命じるので、それぞれ取り計らうこと
御徒目付二人 御目付組四人
右の通り毎日見回りを行うこと
一、御先物頭三人の掛所への緊急出張については従来通り心得、警備については平常の陣屋守りの要領で心得ること
十二月二十七日
右の趣旨を即日それぞれに伝達した
ただし翌酉年三月二十七日、去年秋以来の宗意一件で心配があるため、金津奉行をはじめそれぞれ
英語訳
○ Regarding the distribution of summer uniform allowances to foot inspectors and foot soldiers when the return to the domain is delayed due to postponement of departure from Edo, the following shall be observed henceforth, and each should handle accordingly:
1. If departure from Edo occurs between May 6th and the 15th, thirty monme of silver per person shall be given as compensation for loss
1. If between the 16th and the end of the month, summer uniform allowance of forty-nine monme shall be distributed with reduction
1. If from June 1st to the end of the month, full amount shall be distributed without reduction
November 25th
Town Magistrate
○ Inform the rotating guards at Nishi kakari-sho as per the separate document
Separate Document
○ Regarding the subsidiary temples in the territories under custody and domain lands, inform them that rotating duties should be completed promptly at the post. For other territories, negotiations with respective domain lords should be conducted first, then personnel should be dispatched for handling.
December 9th

○ Due to diligent service, he is promoted and appointed to the rank of New Guard Captain [Note in red ink] According to Happyakuri, this is the first instance of New Guard Captain rank
Chamberlain
○ Financial officer Kitajima Chūtayū is promoted and appointed to New Guard Captain rank. Administrative authority remains under magistrate supervision as before. Ceremonial protocols and all matters should be understood to follow the previous New Guard standards.
December 11th
Inspector
○ The guard duty at Nishi kakari-sho shall be withdrawn from tomorrow the 28th, and the opening of gates is ordered
1. Regarding the above, post-patrol duties are ordered as follows, and each should handle accordingly:
Two foot inspectors, four inspector unit members
Daily patrols shall be conducted as above
1. Emergency deployment of three senior ashigaru commanders to the post should be understood as before, and guard duties should be conducted in the manner of regular fortress guard duties

The above instructions were communicated to respective parties on the same day
However, on March 27th of the following year of the Rooster, due to concerns about the religious sect matter since last autumn, starting with Kanazu Magistrate and others respectively
