御褒詞有之末々之者へは御褒美被下之
十月へ可入 補遺
○御鷹野御川狩都而野廻り御出殿之節寺方并在家御膳所之者へ格
別評議之上以来御膳所へ俵数壱俵同村へ弐俵都合三俵被下置候且
又右於御膳所前々之通汁茶湯斗差出可申候尤菜大根等有合次第豆
腐に而も調候品は可致無用事
一酒肴煮染等之儀以来決而差出事堅無用可致事に候聊に而も心得違差出
候へは支配々にゟ沙汰に可及事に候
但御出殿前見分等之節も酒肴煮染等之儀同断に候
一御膳所相勤候者失却薄き様にとの趣意に候へは万端仕来等成丈省略可致

右之通此度被仰出候間御徒目付共相心得居候様可申聞旨旨宇都宮勘解由
申聞候に付其段御徒目付并組小頭へも押之者相心得居候様申付候

御褒詞があり、末端の者たちへは御褒美が下された。
十月に入るべき 補遺
○御鷹狩りや御川狩り、すべての野回りで殿様が御出でになる際の寺方並びに在家の御膳所の者へは、格別な評議の上、今後御膳所へ米俵一俵、同村へ二俵、合計三俵を下し置くことになった。また、右の御膳所においては従来通り汁と茶湯のみを差し出すこととする。ただし菜や大根等があり次第、豆腐であっても調理した品は用いてはならないこと。
一、酒肴や煮染め等の件については、今後決して差し出すことは堅く無用とすべきことである。少しでも心得違いで差し出した場合は、支配方面から咎めを受けることになる。
ただし御出でになる前の見分等の際も酒肴煮染め等の件は同様である。
一、御膳所を相勤める者の負担を軽くするという趣旨であるので、万事仕来たり等はできるだけ省略すべきことである。
十月八日
右の通り今度仰せ出されたので、御徒目付たちが心得ているよう申し聞かせる旨、宇都宮勘解由が申し聞かせたことにより、その段、御徒目付並びに組小頭へも配下の者が心得ているよう申し付けた。

○Regarding temple officials and local households providing meal preparation services when the lord goes out for falconry, river hunting, and all field inspections: After special deliberation, from now on, one bale of rice shall be given to the meal preparation location and two bales to the village, totaling three bales. Furthermore, at said meal preparation locations, only soup and tea shall be served as before. However, when vegetables, radishes, etc. are available, prepared dishes including tofu must not be used.
1. Regarding alcoholic beverages with appetizers, simmered dishes, etc.: From now on, presenting such items is strictly forbidden. If anyone presents them due to misunderstanding, even slightly, they will be reprimanded by their supervisors.
Note: The same applies to alcoholic beverages, appetizers, and simmered dishes during preliminary inspections before the lord's visits.
1. Since the intention is to lighten the burden on those serving at meal preparation locations, all customary practices should be simplified as much as possible.

As the above was announced this time, Utsunomiya Kageyu conveyed that the foot inspectors should be informed to keep this in mind, and accordingly, instructions were given to the foot inspectors and group leaders so that their subordinates would also keep this in mind.
