○大御番組の人数不足のところへは、隔年の御番割の際に無役の御留守番組から御吟味の上、御入人として仰せ付けられることになる。この件について心得として申し聞かせておくよう仰せ出された。

○寺院の内で近頃みだりに御紋を用いている趣が聞こえ、不届きなことである。特に御紋袈裟の件については、今後は用いないよう改めて仰せ出された。
右の外、御菩提所以外の各支配寺院へも触れ回すべきである。

○定府の年若の面々が先年から武芸を心がけている旨、なお又稽古所の締めなど申し談じ、いよいよ怠りなく出精するようにとの思し召しである。その段、向き向きへ申し渡すべきである。

○For the Great Guard units (ōgoban-gumi) that are short-staffed: During the biennial guard duty assignments, after examination, personnel shall be assigned from the unemployed reserve guard units (gorususuban-gumi). This matter has been announced for your knowledge and understanding.

○It has come to our attention that temples have recently been improperly using the lord's family crest, which is inappropriate conduct. Particularly regarding vestments bearing the lord's crest: it has been newly decreed that they shall not be used henceforth.
In addition to the above, this shall be communicated to all temples under jurisdiction except for the family temple.

○Regarding the young men on permanent residence duty who have been devoted to martial arts since previous years: It is the lord's wish that they should consult about tightening the practice halls and make even more diligent efforts without fail.
