一是迄下米大概五百俵つヽ積下ヶ候得共杵取之者吟味方も馬届間敷候得は
已後は三百俵も積下ヶ候而も可然哉事
一明里御蔵并府中仮御蔵ゟ送り切手留に上乗才領之者名元書記印形取
置後日に申分在之節穿鑿可有之事
一大坂廻米大津発米小浜廻米共船積之節も同様水目廻し船頭共へ篤と
為見届御趣意通得其意候旨証文取置可申事
一府中仮御蔵納米三国御蔵へ引取之節も同様に候間三国川船持共并白鬼
女川船持共川船庄屋共ゟ厳敷可申付候別而安居に而積替候節猶以双方念
を入才領之者へ無由断吟味可申事

但御貸銀割合之儀は文化九申年御貸銀之通り高百石に付銀百匁之割合を以御貸被成候

○諸方塩売共大野表へ塩致運送候馬之儀は古来ゟ定通りも有之候処
近来大野領に而旧格相違候趣も相聞候間右懸合相分り候迄大野領戻り馬には
塩付送り申間敷浜方持馬に而付通し且又札馬に被仰付候間馬札無之者へは
塩付出し申間敷事
右之通御城下塩屋共へ可被申渡候

現代語訳
一、これまで下米は大概五百俵ずつ積み下していたが、杵取の者の吟味方も間に合わないようであれば、以後は三百俵でも積み下して良いかという事
一、明里御蔵並びに府中仮御蔵からの送り切手留に上乗宰領の者の名前を書き記し印形を取り置き、後日に申し分がある節には穿鑿があることとする
一、大坂廻米、大津発米、小浜廻米とも船積みの節も同様に水目廻しを行い、船頭どもへ篤と見届けさせ、御趣意の通り得心した旨の証文を取り置くべき事
一、府中仮御蔵納米を三国御蔵へ引き取りの節も同様であるので、三国川船持ども並びに白鬼女川船持ども、川船庄屋どもから厳しく申し付けるべきである。特に安居にて積み替えの節はなお一層双方念を入れ、宰領の者へ無断なく吟味すべき事

1. Regarding the transported rice, which until now has generally been loaded at about 500 bales at a time: if the rice pounders' inspection work cannot keep up, henceforth it would be acceptable to transport even 300 bales at a time.
1. For shipping receipts from Akesato granary and Fuchū temporary granary, the names of ship supervisors shall be recorded with their seals affixed, and investigations shall be conducted if disputes arise later.
1. For Osaka-bound rice, Ōtsu-shipped rice, and Obama-bound rice, water-level inspections shall similarly be conducted during ship loading, with captains made to witness thoroughly, and written confirmations that they understand the instructions shall be obtained.

When transferring rice stored at Fuchū temporary granary to Mikuni granary, the same procedures apply, so strict orders shall be given by Mikuni river vessel owners, Shirakijo river vessel owners, and river vessel headmen. Particularly during transshipment at Yasui, both parties shall exercise even greater care and inspect without fail in consultation with supervisors.

To Monthly Duty Officers
○Regarding the financial difficulties of all retainers: a small amount of silver loans shall be granted. Further details will be communicated from the accounting office, and this matter should be announced accordingly.
June 5th
However, regarding the loan allocation: following the precedent of the Bunka 9 (1812) loans, silver shall be lent at a rate of 100 momme per 100 koku of rice stipend.
To the Magistrate
○Regarding horses used by salt sellers from various regions to transport salt to Ōno territory: while there have been established practices since ancient times, recently there appear to be changes from old customs in Ōno domain. Until this matter is clarified, salt shall not be loaded on return horses from Ōno territory, but shall be transported through by coastal pack horses. Moreover, since certified horses have been designated, salt shall not be distributed to those without horse certificates.
These instructions shall be communicated to salt shops in the castle town.

○Regarding the appointment of some messenger officers to concurrently serve as escort commanders: duties shall be assigned as detailed in the separate document, and each shall handle their responsibilities accordingly.
