一異国陣屋守壱人 御香典附兼 一非番壱人

○真松売買の件につき先年別紙の通りそれぞれ支配頭へ仰せ付けられたところ、近来みだりになっている趣相聞こえるにつき、なお又心得違いのないようそれぞれ支配頭へ申し聞かせるべき旨
真松売買の件は前々から御指留めであったところ、近年みだりになっている由相聞こえる。向後前々の通り売買致さないよう仰せ付けられる。もし背くことがあれば厳しく御咎めを仰せ付けられるので、この旨急度相心得るよう支配下へ厳重に申し付けるべきである。
右の通り文化六巳年、金津奉行、町奉行、御預所郡奉行、三郡奉行へ仰せ付けられたところ、近来相弛み等閑なようすが相聞こえるので、なお又心得違いのないよう急度相守り申すべき旨、それぞれ支配頭へ申し聞かせるべきである。

○御勝手向き御難渋至極につき、この度御国表において御取調べがあり、公金類を始め両凶並びに諸御借財筋御断延の件が仰せ出され、各同役の内差し出すべきところ、当年凶作で別して御難渋の折柄御指支えにつき、御目付長谷部小右衛門が差し出されることとなった。則ち大意書付を相渡す。これによりこの度の件は御自分引受け坂井安太夫申し談じ振廻し精誠を取り扱うべきである。もっとも両凶の件は御聞番どもと申し談ずべきである。
御聞番
○御勝手向き御難渋至極につき、この度御国表において御取調べがあり、諸御借財筋御断延が仰せ出される。これにより両凶の件は委細中根新左衛門《割書：御奉行なり》へ申し聞かせ置いたので、各々申し談じ取り扱うべきである。

Among the above six men, during various rounds, one shall accompany the lord's retinue as before

○Regarding the trading of pine trees: although instructions were previously issued to respective supervisory heads as detailed in the separate document, it has been reported that recently there has been improper conduct. Therefore, instructions shall again be given to respective supervisory heads to ensure there are no misunderstandings.
Regarding pine tree trading: this has been prohibited from long ago, but recently it has been reported that improper trading has occurred. Henceforth, trading shall not be conducted as in former times. If anyone violates this, strict punishment shall be imposed. Therefore, this matter shall be strictly impressed upon subordinates so they thoroughly understand.
The above was ordered to Kanazu Magistrate, Town Magistrate, Entrusted Territory District Magistrate, and Three-District Magistrate in Bunka 6 (1809), but recently there appears to be laxity and negligence. Therefore, instructions shall again be given to respective supervisory heads to strictly observe these rules without misunderstanding.

○Due to extreme financial difficulties: investigations have been conducted in the home domain, and postponement of public funds, both emergency taxes, and various debts has been announced. While each official of the same rank should be dispatched, due to this year's poor harvest and particular financial constraints, Inspector Hasebe Koemon has been dispatched. The main document has been handed over accordingly. Therefore, for this matter, Sakai Yasudayu shall take personal responsibility and handle arrangements with sincerity through consultation. The emergency tax matters shall naturally be discussed with the intelligence officers.

○Due to extreme financial difficulties: investigations have been conducted in the home domain, and postponement of various debt obligations has been announced. Therefore, regarding emergency tax matters, details have been communicated to Magistrate Nakane Shinzaemon <<marginal note: who is a magistrate>>, so each shall handle this through consultation.
