○博奕賭之勝負之儀に付今日御触差出候通別而厳重相守候様末々迄可

但組支配有之面々は右之趣不洩様可被申渡事

○此度御家中為御手当御札所御趣意方両役所に而御貸銀被仰出候此度之
儀は各別銀高御貸渡被成上納方も当分利足斗に被仰付専勝手為可取続
之御趣意に候且又倹約之儀度々被仰出候得共衣服参会贈答近年甚
相弛候に付前々被仰出候趣猶又改而被仰出候間此末心得違無之倹約之儀厳
敷相守如何様共致勘弁勝手向取続可申候此段申渡候様被仰出候
但御貸銀割方之儀は追而御勘定所ゟ可相達候

右御貸銀高百石に七百匁之割合当丑六月ゟ利足月八朱つヽ当分利足斗

右の書付は月番の鈴木十左衛門へも渡され、町奉行と相談して適切に処理するよう指示されたため、さらに組分役の者たちへそれぞれ申し渡した。
御奉行
○御趣意方の御家中への貸銀上納のうち、別紙の通り当年の銀の返済を延期することになったので、その件を早急に調べて御家中へ触れ回すこと。

右の当年銀の返済を延期する。

○博打・賭け事の勝負について、今日出した触れの通り、特に厳重に守るよう末端まで申し付けることが仰せ出された。
ただし、組支配のある者たちは右の趣旨が漏れないよう申し渡すこと。
正月十五日
諸月番へ
○この度、御家中への手当てとして、御札所・御趣意方両役所で貸銀を仰せ出された。今回は格別に高額な銀を貸し渡し、上納方も当分は利息のみとし、専ら家計を維持できるようにとの御趣意である。また倹約について度々仰せ出されているが、衣服・参会・贈答が近年非常に緩んでいるため、従来仰せ出された趣旨をさらに改めて仰せ出される。今後は心得違いなく倹約を厳しく守り、どのようにしても工夫して家計を維持すること。この件を申し渡すよう仰せ出された。
ただし、貸銀の割当については追って御勘定所から連絡する。
正月二十日 支配末端まで
右の貸銀高は百石につき七百匁の割合で、当丑年六月から利息は月八朱ずつ、当分は利息のみ。

○Regarding the repayment of loans to the retainers through the Goshui-kata (Financial Affairs Office), the repayment of silver for this year has been postponed as detailed in the separate document. This matter should be quickly investigated and circulated among the retainers.

To All Departments
○Regarding gambling and betting, as stated in today's official notice, it is commanded that this be strictly observed down to the lowest levels.
However, those with group supervision responsibilities must ensure that the above directive does not leak out.
January 15th
To All Monthly Duty Officers
○This time, loans have been authorized from both the Ofuda-sho (Certificate Office) and Goshui-kata offices as financial assistance for the retainers. This time, exceptionally large amounts of silver are being lent, with repayment temporarily set at interest only, with the specific intention of enabling households to continue functioning. Also, while frugality has been ordered repeatedly, clothing, social gatherings, and gift-giving have become extremely lax in recent years, so the previously issued directives are being reissued with renewed emphasis. Henceforth, frugality must be strictly observed without misunderstanding, and household finances must be maintained through any means of economizing. It is ordered that this matter be conveyed.
However, the allocation of loans will be communicated later by the Accounting Office.
January 20th - Down to all subordinates
The aforementioned loan amount is at a rate of 700 monme per 100 koku, with interest of 8 shu per month starting from the sixth month of this Year of the Ox, temporarily interest-only payments.
