一御国産之品暑寒に被下候儀は是迄之通御奉行交代之節は土産物是迄ゟ事軽に

一御家老振廻として近来於霊厳嶋御茶屋銀主共父子相招候儀相止可申事
但此儀元来銀主共之内格別調達筋出精相勤候に付以前は三谷七郎右衛門石井太郎右衛門
両人御家老御小屋へ相招御料理等被下候事に候然処近来一体に相成当時は八人銀
主父子不残罷出候様に相成候何れ是迄之御振合被相止格別致出精候者斗以前之
通御家老御小屋に而振廻可有之事
一山王御祭礼并神田祭礼之節は十五日に而月次も罷出候儀に候へは是迄之通尤御年限

Treatment of moneylenders during the term limit shall be simplified as follows:
1. During residence in Edo, audiences shall be granted once each, with bestowals given. When magistrates change, there shall be one meeting per year at an external venue.
Meals: one soup and five dishes, grilled small sea bream, with sweets, five types of soup from seating to after the meal
Two inkstone covers, one serving of middle plate delicacies, about eight servings each of bowl delicacies, large flat dishes, and bowl dishes
One serving of rice bowl arrangement, one bowl of fresh fruits
1. For family succession and wedding celebrations:
Fresh sea bream one box one shaku (smaller than before), but with lacquered stand, three sho of sake in plain wood barrel, but celebratory Ikawa sake
The above treatment for weddings applies only to formal ceremonies
1. For childbirth:
Exchange delicacies one box worth twenty monme silver, but with lacquered stand, three sho of sake one barrel, but celebratory Ikawa sake
The above applies only to childbirth of the moneylender's wife and eldest son's wife
1. For illness and travel inquiries as sympathy visits, items worth about fifteen monme shall be the limit
1. For death:
Incense offering of one hundred hiki gold, one set of steamer baskets, worth ten monme for mourning period inquiries
There shall be no such treatment for legitimate grandsons and below
1. Giving domain products during hot and cold seasons shall continue as before. When magistrates change, souvenir treatment shall be lighter than before
1. The same applies when financial officers change
1. The annual New Year sixth day practice of providing sake and soup followed by meals at external venues shall be discontinued
1. The annual New Year practice of giving one box of delicacies to each moneylender shall be discontinued
1. The recent practice of senior retainers entertaining moneylenders and their sons at the Reiganjima tea house shall be discontinued
However, this practice originally arose because certain moneylenders worked diligently in procurement matters. Previously, only Mitani Shichiroemon and Ishii Taroemon were invited to the senior retainer's quarters for meals. Recently this became general practice, with all eight moneylenders and their sons now attending. In any case, the previous entertainment shall be discontinued, and only those who work with particular diligence shall be entertained at the senior retainer's quarters as before
1. For the Sanno festival and Kanda festival, as these occur on the fifteenth with monthly attendance, they shall continue as before, though during the term limit they shall be handled more lightly
