右之通銀主賄差略有之上は切符賄料相減可申事

一 平日罷り出る度毎に御酒等を差し出される儀は相止めること
但し御頼み筋につき罷り出る節は格別のこと、並びに三が日罷り出る節はこれまた下されること
右の通り銀主賄い差し略がある上は切符賄い料相減じること

1. The practice of providing sake and such every time [moneylenders] come on ordinary days shall be discontinued
However, when they come for special requests, this is an exception, and when they come during the first three days of the New Year, [refreshments] shall still be provided
With the above reduction in moneylender entertainment, ticket meal allowances shall be reduced accordingly
1. The practice of annual theater entertainment for the households of Mitani Shichiroemon and Ishii Taroemon shall be discontinued
Although simplification has been ordered during this term limit, when moneylenders who are currently working diligently in essential duties face unavoidable circumstances due to their poverty, fortune, misfortune, or other matters related to their diligent service, there shall be special treatment for exceptional service after deliberation at each occasion, so this should be understood and handled accordingly
Palace Steward
○ When His Lordship is indisposed, the practice of providing sake, sweets, etc. to the palace steward and other men shall be discontinued
However, the women's portions shall continue to be provided as before

○ When there are guests and Buddhist monks are summoned, although the treatment has been simple up to now, arrangements shall be made to ensure that simplification does not become lax

○ High lantern stands at the front gate shall not be set out hereafter

○ This time there are strict intentions regarding escort leaders, and Tsuji Juroemon, Kato Mataemon, and Hayashi Chudayu have been appointed as escort leaders and to concurrently handle ceremonial duties in Edo, formal dress escorts, and related matters. The instruction that escort duties when summoned shall be performed with particular care should be conveyed to these individuals. Note: In Edo on the same 15th day, Kato Yogoemon was also appointed as escort leader, making four in total

○ The title of Book Magistrate has been changed to Book Department, and henceforth [this position] is appointed to the next seat after the Close Attendant and Inner Attendant roles, this should be understood accordingly

○ The palanquin bearers, sandal attendants, equipment attendants, and servants are each exempted from [previous] supervision, this should be understood accordingly
This is because they have been placed under escort leader supervision this time. However, those attached to the Middle Captain remain as before. In Edo this proviso applies
