一御作事方所々御修覆之儀近来格別致出精取斗候に付御入用相減候然処此度被仰

之候而も末々御不益に相成不申儀は不苦候右之心得に而諸事申談右御定金に而御修
覆取繕候様被仰出候

其上に而不得止儀は御奉行共へ談之上取斗可申事
一御寺方を初諸役向共に住居替或は押入等付替又は往来口付替之類繕之儀は
取扱申間敷是迄有来候通に而差置可申事
但御寺方に而寺役之差支に相成候儀又は役所向に而は御用之指支に相成候儀は格
別新規に致直しに不及候乍去場所に寄以後御益に相当り候候事は申談之上取

一畳表替障子張替壁塗直し襖并張付張替等之儀無拠訳合有之儀は

右のうち各所の御割折所定請負代については、栗木の指し引きがあるため銀高の増減があること

一、御作事方の各所御修復について、近頃格別に精を出して取り計らっているため御入用が減少した。しかし今回申し渡された御定金高は格別に減額されているので、御修復が行き届くことはないのではないかと思われる。見苦しいことがあっても、将来御不益にならない事柄であれば差し支えない。この心得で諸事申し談じ、右の御定金で御修復・取り繕いを行うよう申し渡された。
一、諸役向並びに御寺方へ寺から御修復の要請があった際は、なおいっそう詳しく見分を遂げ、できる限り御省略して取り計らうこと。その上でやむを得ない事柄は御奉行らと談じた上で取り計らうこと。
一、御寺方をはじめ諸役向ともに、住居替えあるいは押入等の付け替え、また往来口付け替えの類いの繕いについては取り扱わない。これまで通りのままにしておくこと。
ただし御寺方で寺役の差し支えになる事柄、また役所向では御用の差し支えになる事柄は格別だが、新規に直しを行う必要はない。しかし場所によって今後御益に相当する事柄は申し談じの上取り計らうこと。
一、畳表替え、障子張替え、壁塗り直し、襖並びに張付張替え等について、やむを得ない理由がある事柄は格別だが、その他は各方面から要請があっても取り扱う必要はないこと。

右の他、万事に心を付け、少しでも新規の事柄は取り扱う必要がないので、これまで通りの御修復を加え、格別の破損箇所ができないよう心掛けて取り計らうべき旨が申し渡された。この件について心得ておくこと。

1. Regarding repairs at various locations under the construction department, recently exceptional efforts have been made in handling these matters, resulting in reduced expenses. However, the fixed budget amount ordered this time has been particularly reduced, so it seems unlikely that repairs can be adequately carried out. Even if there are unsightly conditions, as long as they do not result in future losses, there is no problem. With this understanding, all matters should be discussed and repairs and maintenance should be carried out within the allocated budget.
1. When temples and various offices request repairs from temples, even more detailed inspections should be conducted and handled with as much economy as possible. For matters that are unavoidable even after this, they should be handled after consultation with the magistrates.
1. For temples and all office departments, repairs related to residence changes, replacement of storage spaces, or changes to entranceways and the like shall not be handled. Things should be left as they have been traditionally.
However, matters that would interfere with temple duties at temples, or that would interfere with official business at government offices are exceptional, but there is no need for new repairs. Nevertheless, depending on the location, matters that would benefit the domain in the future should be handled after consultation.
1. Regarding tatami mat covering replacement, shoji paper replacement, wall replastering, fusuma and wallpaper replacement, etc., matters with unavoidable circumstances are exceptional, but others need not be handled even if requested by various parties.
