御給帳有之故除之
一 先祖雖軽被召出以後御取立之面々其
最初被召出時之年号用之
但祖父考等雖御奉公相勤候未入御
番組面々不立是於元祖

以後子孫被召出帰参之面々者先祖被
召出時之 御代之末載之中絶之訳其
所記之其身一度御暇被下而後被召返

一 先祖は軽い身分で召し出されたが、その後御取り立てを受けた面々については、その
最初に召し出された時の年号を用いる
ただし祖父・父等が御奉公を勤めていても、まだ御
番組に入っていない面々については、これを元祖として立てない
一 先祖が御家での御奉公を中絶したが、他家に仕えることなく、
その後子孫が召し出されて帰参した面々については、先祖が
召し出された時の御代の末尾に載せ、中絶の理由をその
所に記載する。その身が一度御暇を下され、その後召し返された場合も
