妻は金子官右衛門忠福の娘（安永五年申年三月二十三日、七十三歳にて病死、法名は乗雲恵法大姉、葬所は江戸万年山青松寺境内老寿院）
一 享保四年亥年七月、六石二人扶持を下され、御次医師に召し出され、席は林亀庵の次に仰せ付けられ、本道外料を兼ね相勤めるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一 同六年丑年八月、南山へ御人数が派遣された節、御指図を以て彼の地へ赴き、翌寅七月に御
