先祖は出羽国の浪人という。了之の父を了桂と申す。父子共に狩野
古右京の弟子で絵画を家業としている。
光通公の御代 万治三年庚子年（1660年）跡知を下される
狩野九郎次郎元昭《生国山城》
吉品公の御代 元禄七年甲戌年（1694年）召し出される
現在 狩野奥碩元房《生国越前》
父九郎次郎元昭が死去し、嫡子竹雲に跡知を下されたが早世し、嫡
家は断絶した。元房は江戸において召し出された。

His ancestors were said to be rōnin from Dewa Province. Ryōshi's father was called Ryōkei. Both father and son were
disciples of Kanō Kokyō and made painting their family profession.
During Lord Mitsumichi's reign, 3rd year of Manji, year of Metal Rat (1660), granted succession
Kanō Kurōjirō Motoaki《Birth province: Yamashiro》
During Lord Yoshishina's reign, 7th year of Genroku, year of Wood Dog (1694), summoned
Current: Kanō Okuseki Motofusa《Birth province: Echizen》
Father Kurōjirō Motoaki passed away, and succession was granted to legitimate son Chikuun, but he died young, and the main
family line was discontinued. Motofusa was summoned in Edo.
