生駒三郎左衛門《千五百石取》を家来に申し付け討たせ申された。右両人の子供・兄弟共をも討たせ申された。三郎左衛門は公儀へ御目見えの者につき、月番老中へ報告され、その後自分で自害を致した。【宇陀崩れ】
○同年 佐竹右京大夫領内羽州秋田領の野代・森岡・檜山・駒形・飛根これあり、四十二ヶ村で五月二十七日より二十八日まで大地震があり、四百人ほど死に、怪我人二百人ほど、牛馬二十ほど、屋敷二千五百八軒が潰れた。その節失火し焼失も大分であった。その外、居城並びに侍屋敷・町家等も夥しく破損したという。
○同年 生類憐みにて犬の子を捨てる儀を停止すると仰せ出され、並びに江戸にて鞠商売を御停止と仰せ出された。
○同年 片桐主膳殿組の大番水野左大夫が、大坂在番の残り番にて大坂へ登りの道中、遠州橋本にて駕籠を建て休んでいる申したところ、下人の鑓持が槍にて駕籠越しに左大夫を突き殺し逃げ申したのを、所の者共が追いかけ捕らえ申した。
