一　結城二ツに相分レ白川小峰城を築住居す太平記に結城入道道忠
　　伊勢阿濃津にて討死東海道にて忠翁地獄の責を請候事往来の
　　僧慥に見候故白川へ下り忠翁子息へ訴候故子息為菩提に遊行
　　派の一寺建立す是を小峰寺と云也年月を経て太閤秀吉天下を
　　治給ふ時自ラ関東奥州巡検被成是ゟ仙台政宗大坂へ伺公シ
　　白河へ立寄義親家来を以馬鷹を相添御前をは政宗を頼

結城白川系図（この書は久しく石村の農夫が伝来したという。証拠となるべきものなので写し置いた。常足君の許から見せられたものである。）

一　結城氏が二つに分かれ、白川に小峰城を築いて住居とした。太平記に結城入道道忠が伊勢阿濃津にて討死したとある。東海道にて忠翁が地獄の責めを受けている事を往来の僧が確かに見たため、白川へ下って忠翁の子息へ訴えた。そこで子息が菩提のために遊行派の一寺を建立した。これを小峰寺という。年月を経て太閤秀吉が天下を治めた時、自ら関東・奥州を巡検された。これより仙台の政宗が大坂へ伺候した。白河へ立ち寄った義親が家来を以って馬・鷹を添えて御前へ、政宗を頼んで登らせた。政宗が会津を奪取したことを太閤が大いに腹立ちになり、ようやく退出した。

Genealogy of the Yūki and Shirakawa Clans (This document has long been transmitted by a farmer from Ishimura village. As it could serve as evidence, I made a copy of it. It was shown to me from Lord Tsunetari's collection.)

1. The Yūki clan split into two branches, and [one branch] built Komine Castle in Shirakawa as their residence. According to the Taiheiki, the monk Yūki Dōchū was killed in battle at Anōtsu in Ise Province. A traveling monk clearly witnessed Chūō (the faithful old man) suffering the torments of hell on the Tōkaidō road, so he went down to Shirakawa and reported this to Chūō's son. Therefore, the son established a temple of the Yugyō sect for the repose of his father's soul. This was called Komine-ji Temple. Years passed, and when Taikō Hideyoshi ruled the realm, he personally conducted an inspection tour of the Kantō and Ōshū regions. From this time, Masamune of Sendai came to pay his respects in Osaka. When Yoshichika stopped at Shirakawa, he sent retainers bearing horses and hawks as gifts to the presence [of Hideyoshi], relying on Masamune to present them. When Masamune seized Aizu, the Taikō became greatly enraged and [Masamune] barely managed to withdraw.
