• In the sixth month of the same third rooster year, he was appointed to assist with the rotating rice warehouse affairs, serving until the eighth month of the same year.
　However, he was granted gold as compensation for his efforts.

• In the tenth month of the same year, he was appointed as ashigaru inspector (o-kachi metsuke), with an increase of one person's stipend and granted 2 koku as official salary.
