一 文化元年六月、飯田九十郎の三男栄を婿養子とする願いの通り仰せ付けられた件

ただし、諸木植立方任役兼務については、広川力四郎・大原六太夫の指図を得て務め、四郡へ出役して郡奉行をはじめ御代官並びに見習族司等へも十分に相談し、地下の気持ちを損なっては大きな取り計らいは行き届かない事柄なので、永続的な利益の筋を十分に申し聞かせ、身をもって先頭に立って人夫を引き回し、御入用方を勘案して手広に取り計らい、すべて時節を失わず果敢に行動するよう取り計らうことを仰せ付けられた件

- Bunka 1st year (1804), 6th month: As requested, he was permitted to adopt Sakae, the third son of Iida Kujūrō, as his son-in-law and heir.
- Bunka 4th year (1807), 11th month: He was appointed to the temporary concurrent position of town warehouse magistrate.
As a result, he was relieved from castle guard duty.
- Bunka 5th year (1808), 3rd month: He was appointed to the concurrent position of town warehouse magistrate.
- Same year, intercalary 6th month: He was appointed to the concurrent position of tree planting supervisor, and as a result was relieved from the concurrent town warehouse magistrate position.

However, regarding the concurrent tree planting supervisor position, he was to serve under the guidance of Hirokawa Rikishirō and Ōhara Rokudayū, going out on duty to the four districts and thoroughly consulting with the district magistrates, deputies, and trainee officials. Since major undertakings cannot be accomplished if the feelings of the local people are damaged, he was ordered to thoroughly explain the benefits for long-term profit, personally take the lead in directing laborers, consider financial matters carefully, manage affairs extensively, and arrange all matters decisively without missing the proper timing.
