一、式日参会について、まず会議は未決定。新宮以下の祠官が願い出た儀について、どのようになるであろうかという事。評議未決。
一、酉の刻頃、御奉行雑掌中から神主へ切紙が到来した。趣旨は御用の儀につき、神主惣代が只今急々に御伝奏櫛笥殿へ参るべき旨申し来た。神主博久、惣代業久・季栄が出向き、亥の刻頃帰郷して演説した。御伝奏へ参ったところ、御奉行が御列席で仰せ渡された。御書を渡された通り、奉書横折りで以下の通り：
「造営につき万端、社司以下一統和熟し、正徳・寛保の近例に相守り勤仕すること。彼是と願い出るべからざる事。神主・正祢宜・正祝の外は、年齢が長くとも（以下続く）」

One matter: Around the hour of the Rooster, a written message arrived from the magistrate's assistant to the head priest. The content was that regarding official business, the head priest's representative should immediately and urgently go to Imperial Liaison Lord Kushige. Head priest Hirohisa, representatives Naruhisa and Suehide departed and returned around the hour of the Boar to report. When they went to the Imperial Liaison, the magistrate was also present and made the following announcement. An official document was handed over, folded horizontally in the formal style:
"Regarding the construction, in all matters the shrine officials and below shall work in harmony, following the recent precedents of Shōtoku and Kanpō eras in performing their duties. Various petitions should not be submitted. Except for the head priest, senior vice-priests, and senior ritualists, even if advanced in age..."
