右中将殿へ被仰出候旨且此度位階申上輩悉宣下ニ候口宣案
之儀は来五日巳刻於伝奏可被相渡旨并木船木造始来九日
午刻ニ被仰出候尤宣旨之儀は口宣案御渡同刻ニ御渡之旨被
仰渡仍而位階申上候輩各出頭宣下之御礼申上例之通青銅差上
夫ゟ御伝奏へ参上於御奉行被仰渡之御届宣下之御礼一同ニ申上青銅
差上候処被仰渡は口宣案木船木造始之宣旨両方共来五日辰半
刻ニ御渡可被成旨宣旨請取之儀は木船之職両人出候哉与御尋ニ付
先格は両人之内壱人罷出候旨申上候処然者壱人罷出候様被仰

昨朔日自御奉行葉室弁殿一社惣代依召参上仕候処
御対面ニ而貴布祢木造始日時来九日午刻執行候様

現代語訳
右中将殿へ申し渡された旨、且つこの度位階を申し上げた輩はすべて宣下となった。御宣案の件については来る五日巳刻に伝奏において相渡される旨、並びに木船木造始は来る九日午刻に申し渡された。もっとも宣旨の件については口宣案御渡と同刻に御渡しされる旨が申し渡された。よって位階を申し上げた輩がそれぞれ出頭し、宣下の御礼を申し上げ、例の通り青銅を差し上げた。
それから御伝奏へ参上し、御奉行で申し渡された件の御届け宣下の御礼を一同で申し上げ、青銅を差し上げたところ、申し渡されたのは、口宣案・木船木造始の宣旨両方とも来る五日辰半刻に御渡しされる旨であった。宣旨受け取りの件については、木船の職両人が出席するかとの御尋ねがあり、先例では両人のうち一人が罷り出る旨を申し上げたところ、それでは一人が罷り出るようにと申し渡された。
二日 晴れ
一、朝飯後、惣代重殖・季栄が西御役所へ出頭し、木船木作始が申し渡された旨の御届けを申し上げた。
御届け申し上げる口上書
昨朔日、御奉行葉室弁殿より一社惣代が召により参上仕ったところ、
御対面にて貴布祢木造始日時を来る九日午刻に執行するよう
申し渡されました。よって御届け申し上げます。以上

一、十手・若役が招かれ、四日未刻に木造始を執行するため、随意参詣があってよい旨を申し触れるよう申し入れがあった。
三日 晴れ
一、今日午刻、下社木造始が行われた。

[The matter] was announced to the Right Middle Captain, and furthermore, all those who applied for court ranks this time received imperial appointments. Regarding the imperial appointment documents, they will be delivered at the Imperial Messenger's office at the hour of the Snake on the coming 5th day. Additionally, it was announced that the Kifune shrine wood construction commencement will be at the hour of the Horse on the coming 9th day. Moreover, regarding the imperial edict, it was announced that it will be delivered at the same time as the oral appointment document is handed over. Therefore, each of those who applied for court ranks appeared and expressed gratitude for the imperial appointments, offering bronze as customary.
Then they proceeded to the Imperial Messenger and collectively expressed gratitude for the notification of what was announced by the magistrate regarding the imperial appointments, offering bronze. What was announced was that both the oral appointment document and the imperial edict for the Kifune wood construction commencement will be delivered at the half-hour of the Dragon on the coming 5th day. Regarding receiving the imperial edict, when asked whether both officials of the Kifune position would attend, they replied that according to precedent, one of the two would appear, whereupon they were told that one person should appear.
2nd day, clear
1. After breakfast, representatives Shigeuye and Suee went to the Western Government Office and reported the notification that the Kifune wood construction commencement had been announced.

Yesterday, the 1st day, summoned by Magistrate Hamurodono, the representatives of one shrine appeared, and
in audience were told that the Kibune wood construction commencement should be
executed on the coming 9th day at the hour of the Horse.
Therefore, we submit this notification. The above.
