一、十手若役中を招き来たらせ、十九日酉刻に権殿神宝を仮殿へ渡御するにつき、随意に参詣すべきこと、並びに伝供一番衆より五番衆まで一手に一人ずつ、午刻より忌子屋へ参向すべきこと。もっとも浄衣剃貫を召し、白丁一人ずつ具し、かつ夕飯は社中より設けられること。右の手中へ触れるべき旨を申し入れなり。

1. Regarding the matter of setting the date limit for the transfer of sacred treasures to the temporary shrine, it was decided through deliberation to be the 19th day at the hour of the Rooster.
15th day - rain falls
1. The young officials of the jitte were summoned and informed that on the 19th day at the hour of the Rooster, the sacred treasures of the temporary shrine would be transferred to the provisional hall, so they should attend at their discretion. Also, from the first to fifth groups of ceremonial attendants, one person from each group should proceed to the purification hut from the hour of the Horse. They should wear purification robes and shaved caps, each accompanied by one white-robed attendant, and the evening meal would be provided by the shrine community. This was conveyed to be announced among the aforementioned groups.
1. Onmyō Master Yoriken was summoned and informed to proceed to the shrine grounds at the hour of the Horse on the 19th, and that purification of the temporary shrine should be performed.
1. To Assistant Head Priest Kaneyasu, two shrine attendants came and were told to convey that they should arrive at half past the hour of the Monkey on the 19th.
1. To Administrative Officer Yoshiyasu (deputy Yasuhiro), a request was made regarding the hand-washing ceremony during the transfer.
1. Deputy Tareken (deputy Fūsei) was summoned and informed that after the transfer was completed, he should serve as torch bearer during the removal of the sacred treasures.
1. A notification about the 19th was sent to Custodian Kanetsugu (however, the key to the temporary shrine should be brought).
