把を下し置かれた事

奉行中勤番中はその補い勤めに及ばない旨を

coming-of-age ceremony (mage-tori), as a congratulatory gift

一 In the 1st month of the 11th Hitsuji (Sheep) year, regarding the duties served with dedication,
for particularly diligent service, a stipend of 2 bu in gold
and one person's rice allowance was granted
一 In the 6th month of the same year, having been appointed to the position of御用部屋補
(goyō-beya-ho, administrative assistant) from the Tora year six years prior, despite the main duties being numerous, for diligently
serving temporary assignments as well, as a reward two pieces of silver were granted
However, in the 2nd month of this year, regarding the matter of those involved in confidential affairs
of the administrative office, while appointed to serve as administrative assistant,
it was announced that during the magistrates' duty periods, such supplementary service
would not be required
