一 御領所百姓共江被 仰付御条目之通相背者候ハヽ

一 御林竹木員数改書記可申事
一 御林ニ而御領所御用之外竹木為伐申間敷事
一 寺社方御朱印所ニ無之分ハ竹木改置可申事

山奉行への御領所山に関する件についての覚書
一、御領所の百姓たちに申し付けられた御条目に背く者があれば、鈴木彦太夫・井上半太夫・江口次郎兵衛に相談すること
一、百姓たちが伺いを立てる件については、鈴木彦太夫に申し達して相談の上で指図すること
一、御林の竹木の員数を調べて書き記すこと
一、御林において御領所の御用以外で竹木を伐採してはならないこと
一、寺社方で御朱印所でない分については竹木を調査しておくこと
一、総じて船渡しの船頭たちが竹木を持ち帰る百姓がいれば吟味するよう申し付けること、並びに川筋で竹木を流す百姓がいれば吟味すること
一、在々の墓松については先年の通り除外すること
一、御家中の侍中が竹木等の植物について申し出てきた場合は、様子を聞き届けて手形を出すこと

Memorandum regarding mountain affairs in the domain territory for the Mountain Magistrate
1. If there are farmers in the domain territory who violate the regulations given to them, consultation should be made with Suzuki Hikotayū, Inoue Hantayū, and Eguchi Jirōbei.
1. Regarding matters that farmers wish to inquire about, they should be reported to Suzuki Hikotayū and instructions given after consultation.
1. The number of bamboo and trees in the domain forests should be surveyed and recorded.
1. In the domain forests, bamboo and trees should not be cut except for official domain use.
1. For temple and shrine properties that do not have official vermillion seal authorization, bamboo and trees should be inspected and recorded.
1. Generally, if there are farmers who take bamboo and trees home with ferry boatmen, investigation should be ordered; likewise, if there are farmers who float bamboo and trees down rivers, investigation should be conducted.
1. Grave pine trees in various villages should be exempted as in previous years.
