相触候処今以下々高給を望有付を見合罷

触れ回したところ、今もなお下々が高給を望んで有力者を見つけて控えているように見受けられる。この件は奉公人たちが申し合わせて行っている様子である。奉公人の中で高給を望む者がいるなら、頭取をする者もいるようだと聞いており、不届きなことである。下々の給銀については昨冬触れ回した通り、乾いた金（正規の金額）の積算で測って召し抱えるべきである。召し抱える奉公人によって給金の高低があることは当然であるが、当春までの給銀を承知した上で、主人の見分により少々の増減で召し抱えるべきである。御定めの通り支障もないのに、先の主人に届け出る際にさらに給銀の員数も承知すべきである。もし奉公人が先の主人に対してその給銀を偽って申す者がいるなら、詳細を御目付中に報告すべきであり、厳しい処罰を申し付けられるであろう。
