　　　十二月廿七日辛酉
勇功記曰十二月廿七日内膳殿十蔵殿御両所
　相談有て軍法を被定岡部五郎兵衛彼一通を
　持参して忠郷之御披見に入け連は則軍勢に示
　し給ふ其趣に曰
　　　條々
　一今度幾里支丹徒党為御誅伐島原表へ
　　致度向間家中之面々両人之可任指図事

切支丹御退治記巻之十七

　　　十二月二十七日辛酉
勇功記によると、十二月二十七日に内膳殿と十蔵殿のお二方が相談されて軍法を定められた。岡部五郎兵衛がその一通を持参して忠郷の御覧に入れると、すぐに軍勢に示された。その内容は以下の通りである。

　一、今度キリシタン徒党を御誅伐するため島原表へ出陣するにあたり、家中の面々は両人の指図に従うべきこと

According to the Record of Brave Deeds, on December 27th, Lord Naizen and Lord Jūzō held a consultation and established military laws. When Okabe Gorōbei brought that document and presented it for Lord Tadazato's perusal, it was immediately shown to the troops. The content was as follows:
