一、同日朝、内蔵助方の居宅が焼失し、菩提寺へ御家内一同が立ち退いた旨を、留守居の者を通じて申し聞いた。
一、同朝、右大火につき様子を見届けて報告すべき旨、なお又内蔵助方へも相尋ねるべき旨を、高村四郎左衛門が申された。
ただし御徒目付一人を召し連れる事。
右につき左の通り：
一、御馬拝借を仰せ付けられた事 ただし松平主馬
一、途中では平生の装束、彼の地では馬上にて相勤める事

一、右につき御貸馬の儀を御用人へ申し談じ、その外御紋高提灯・蝋燭・御貸人等の儀を書付をもって御勘定所から受け取り。
