一、同夜四時過ぎ、藤七郎から口頭のみで大火の件を申し送ってきたため、御家老中へ申し達した。
一、右について左の通り書付をもって御奉行へ申し達し、両人が御勘定所から受け取った：
一、御紋高提灯二張 持人荒子二人 道具持荒子一人 一、両掛持同二人
一、手傘持同一人 一、手明同三人 一、駄荷馬一疋

一、同年同月十六日、府中が大火だったが、この節御目付は派遣しなかった事
一、天明四年辰三月十八日、三国大火の節、御目付千本長右衛門、御先物頭石川忠左衛門が派遣され、御貸人その外共に安永九年子年の通り、組御紋高提灯持人が二人になった事
一、天明六年午四月六日八時前、町廻り組の者が申し達すには、今朝永平寺庫裏から出火し庫裏・客間等が焼失した趣の評判があるとのことを申し聞いたため、翌朝火元附組の者両人を派遣した事
一、寛政元年酉四月十七日、大野大火について同二十日に組の者を派遣した事
一、文化十二年亥春、御預り所元締役荒川十右衛門から左の通り書付を受け取り置いた：
一、御預所御廻米が三国にある内、もし大火の注進があれば、様子により元締・御奉行が出役する筈
