徳翁様のご病気の治療を仰せ付けられ、もっとも
ご平脈診察を仰せ付けられ、その後度々
治療を仰せ付けられたこと
一 寛延四（未）年六月、御国目付衆が
お越しになったのに付き、御人指によって滞在中
御用を相勤めるべき旨を仰せ渡され、お
迎えのため江戸表へ上り、滞在中御用を
相勤め、翌子年にお供をして下ったこと
一 同五（申）年二月、御国目付衆の御用を

相勤めたことに付き、ご褒美として銀子二枚を
下し置かれたこと
一 宝暦九（卯）年五月、御用があれば
以後仰せ付けることができる旨を仰せ渡され、もっとも

He was appointed to treat Lord Tokuō's illness, and moreover
was appointed to conduct regular pulse examinations, and thereafter was repeatedly
appointed to provide medical treatment.
1. In the 6th month of Kan'en 4 (1751, year of the sheep), when the domain inspectors
came over, he was ordered through official designation to
serve during their stay. He went up to Edo to
meet them, served during their stay, and in the following year of the rat accompanied them back down.
1. In the 2nd month of the same 5th year (1752, year of the monkey), for

he was awarded two pieces of silver as a reward.
1. In the 5th month of Hōreki 9 (1759, year of the rabbit), he was told that
henceforth he could be appointed when there was official business, and moreover

serving diligently for several years, he was granted an increase of five-person stipend.
