借用申金子之事
一金弐百両也
右者大和守勝手向就要用借用申処
実正也返済之儀者金百両ニ付一ヶ月銀
六拾匁宛之利足差加来戌四月中限
元利無相違返済可申候為後証仍如件

現代語訳
借用申し上げる金子の件について
一、金弐百両
右の金額は、大和守の家計上の必要により借用申し上げるものです。
確実に返済いたします。返済の件については、金百両につき一ヶ月銀六十匁ずつの利息を加え、来る戌年四月中を期限として、元金・利息とも間違いなく返済いたします。後日の証拠のため、よって書面の通りです。

Regarding the Money Borrowed
One item: 200 ryō of gold
The above amount is borrowed due to financial needs of Yamato-no-kami's household affairs. We will certainly repay it. Regarding repayment, we will add interest at the rate of 60 monme of silver per month for every 100 ryō of gold, and will repay both principal and interest without fail by the end of the fourth month of the coming Year of the Dog. This document serves as proof for the future.
