御産物方御掛り様追々御承知被為
在候通之義ニ御座候何様善助申
立候而も全先年質入致候時節之
心得ヲ以心実ニ申段有之候而も
中々以今更勘弁難相成義ニ御坐候
永期月ヲ過候事故私所持之
控地ニ相違無御座候間善助如何
様申立候而も右之段厚御利解
被成下候様偏ニ奉願上候万一
相違之義茂御座候者御尋之節
口上ヲ以可奉申上候御事ニ御座候以上

酒造家・蔵の件につきましては、御産物方御掛り様が次々と御承知になっていらっしゃる通りの事でございます。善助がどのように申し立てましても、全く先年質入れした時節の心得をもって真実に申し立てることがありましても、なかなか今更勘弁し難い事でございます。
長い期間を過ぎた事故、私所持の控え帳に相違ございませんので、善助がいかように申し立てましても、右の件について厚く御理解くださいますよう、ひとえにお願い申し上げます。万一相違の件もございましたら、お尋ねの節に口頭をもって申し上げることでございます。以上
