扁し次の日／齊（ひと）しく起て桑を掛る是を桑付けといふ
夫より毎日四度掛尓して凡十二三度掛て下抜一わらだ二
つ尓ふや春也是を起下抜といふ桑つけより凡廿二三度
掛て桑とめ尓なるもの也桑とめ一日志ゞの起手入と同じ

試し、次の日に一斉に起きて桑をかける。これを桑付けという。それより毎日四度かけにして凡そ十二、三度かけて下抜き、一つの藁を二つに広げるなり。これを起き下抜きという。桑付けより凡そ二十二、三度かけて桑止めになるものなり。桑止め一日、四回目の起き手入れと同じく、全ての起きまで同じ飼い方なり。
