わらだをふやさず是より鳥の羽を用ひず／推（をし）集め
指ひ尓てとるべし又五六度掛て下抜一わらだ二つとな須
又眠尓向ふて下抜わらたはふや春へからず是迄下抜毎尓
わらだの内へ糠を散らし蚕を薄く布く也庭尓起
ては糠を用ひず若下抜く日尓当里て雨降寒甚
しくは糠の上へ先つ糠を一面尓掛て其上へ桑を掛連ば
蚕皆桑の上への不る也燠の悪気を／隔（へたで）てよろし
雨阿らば此術を施し次の日下抜べし舩子庭蚕下抜
いたし置は雨湿尓も害那く南風尓も障りなし実尓
庭の眠蚕母の功者不功者尓て繭の多少を得る也

もし暖ならば火を去り熱尓至ら志むる事なか連

藁を広げずに、これより鳥の羽を用いず押し集めて、指で取るべし。また五、六度かけて下抜き、一つの藁を二つとなす。また眠に向かって下抜き、藁は広げるべからず。これまで下抜きの度毎に藁の内へ糠を散らし、蚕を薄く敷くなり。四回目の起きには糠を用いず。もし下抜く日に当たって雨降り寒さ甚だしくは、糠の上へまず糠を一面にかけて、その上へ桑をかければ蚕皆桑の上へ上るなり。熱の悪気を隔ててよろし。
雨あらばこの術を施し、次の日下抜くべし。全ての四回目の庭蚕の下抜きを行い置けば、雨湿にも害なく、南風にも障りなし。実に四回目の眠蚕は母の功者・不功者にて繭の多少を得るなり。天気寒からば火を緩やかに焼き蚕を起こすべし。もし暖かならば火を去り、熱に至らしめることなかれ。

Also, after five to six applications, perform bottom removal, making one straw mat into two. Also, perform bottom removal when approaching molting, and do not spread the straw mats. Up to this point, every time bottom removal is done, scatter rice bran inside the straw mats and spread the silkworms thinly. For the fourth waking, do not use rice bran. If rain falls and the cold is severe on the day of bottom removal, first spread rice bran evenly over the existing bran, then apply mulberry on top, and all silkworms will climb onto the mulberry. This properly blocks the bad air from heat.
If it rains, apply this technique and perform bottom removal the next day. If all fourth-stage garden silkworm bottom removal is completed, there will be no harm from rain and humidity, and no hindrance from south winds.
