所々に倒壊した家が見られ、内藤新宿成子町あたりまで
たいしたことはない。もっとも玉川上水の万年樋の石垣が損じ、
水があふれている。天王横丁から鮫ヶ橋あたりは損害が多い。
青山善光寺前通りは大いに損じ、道玄坂町、
渋谷、北沢、桐ヶ谷、下目黒あたりまで少し傷んでいる。また
長者ヶ丸、笄橋あたりは少し、日ヶ窪、龍土あたりは皆少しずつ
崩れる所が諸所に見えた。麻布は一帯に崩れが少ない。
広尾、白金、目黒あたりは何れも少々ずつ崩れた所がある。
十五 本郷、湯島あたりは少しずつ崩れた所は諸所に見られ
ますが、格別のことはなく、もっとも麹室が崩れて損失が
甚だしい。小石川境、菊坂下、田町は崩れが多い。
十六 駒込、千駄木あたりは諸々少しずつ崩れ、白山下
から指ヶ谷町下、富坂は崩れが多く、巣鴨、染井あたりは
崩れが少ない。王子、板橋あたりまで少しずつ崩れがある。
十七 小石川御門外は水戸藩の屋敷、百軒長屋、
向かい側の屋敷が残らず崩れ、五六軒が焼けた。牛天神下、
簾町から安藤坂あたりはすべて崩れが多く、龍慶橋、
松平讃岐守様の屋敷が焼けた。それから伝通院
通りは崩れが少なく、裏門通りは崩れが多い。小日向、水道町、
関口、音羽は崩れが諸所に見られ、目白、椎名町は支障
がない。牛込寺あたりは諸々崩れ、改代町は大崩壊である。
なお市谷、高田あたりは低い所のみ崩れた所が多い。

Houses can be seen collapsed in various places, up to Naito Shinjuku and Naruko-cho area,
but there is nothing serious. However, the stone wall of the Mannen-doi of Tamagawa Aqueduct was damaged,
and water is overflowing. From Tenno Yokocho to Samegahashi area, there is much damage.
Aoyama Zenkoji-mae Street is greatly damaged, as well as Dogenzaka-cho,
Shibuya, Kitazawa, Kirigaya, and Shimomeguro areas are slightly damaged. Also,
Chojagamaru and Kogai-bashi areas are slightly damaged, and Higakubo and Ryudo areas all show
places that collapsed little by little in various locations. Azabu has little collapse throughout the area.
Hiroo, Shirokane, and Meguro areas all have places that collapsed somewhat.
Fifteen: In Hongo and Yushima areas, places that collapsed little by little can be seen
in various locations, but nothing particularly serious, although koji rooms collapsed causing
tremendous losses. Koishikawa border, Kikusaka-shita, and Tamachi have many collapses.
Sixteen: Komagome and Sendagi areas have various small collapses, from Hakusan-shita
to Sashigaya-cho-shita, Tomisaka has many collapses, while Sugamo and Somei areas have
few collapses. Up to Oji and Itabashi areas, there are gradual collapses.
Seventeen: Outside Koishikawa Gate, the Mito domain residence, hundred-unit long houses,
and the residence on the opposite side all collapsed without exception, and five or six units burned. Ushitenjin-shita,
from Sudare-machi to Ando-zaka area, all have many collapses, Ryukei-bashi,
Lord Matsudaira Sanuki-no-kami's residence burned. From there, Denzuin
Street has few collapses, while Uramon Street has many collapses. Kohinata, Suido-cho,
Sekiguchi, Otowa show collapses in various places, while Mejiro and Shiina-cho have no
problems. Around Ushigome Temple, various collapses occurred, and Kaitai-cho had major collapse.
Furthermore, Ichigaya and Takada areas have many collapsed places only in low-lying areas.
